The name Suraj, meaning “Sun” in Sanskrit, has always reminded me of the power of light — its ability to illuminate, renew, and give life. This energy is at the heart of who I am and the work I do. From that inspiration, Divine Insight Healing was born — a space created to help others reconnect with their inner light and move toward balance, clarity, and wholeness.
As a Reiki practitioner, I see each session as a sacred exchange of energy and intention. Guided by compassion, intuition, and mindfulness, I hold a calm and nurturing space where you can release what no longer serves you, restore harmony, and realign with your natural flow of well-being. My role is not to heal you, but to help you access the innate healing wisdom that already resides within.
I currently offer in-home Reiki sessions throughout George Green, Stoke Poges, Iver, Langley, Gerrards Cross, Slough, Uxbridge, Windsor, and nearby areas.

What is Reiki?
Reiki is a sacred healing art, born from the ancient wisdom of Japan and rediscovered in the early 20th century by Dr. Mikao Usui, a spiritual seeker and teacher. The word Reiki combines two Japanese characters: Rei, meaning “universal” or “divine wisdom,” and Ki, meaning “life force energy.” Together, they form a path of healing guided by the unseen intelligence that flows through all living things.
Reiki is not bound by belief or religion - it is a gentle, yet powerful energy that moves where it is needed, restoring balance and harmony to the body, mind, and spirit. The practitioner becomes a clear channel for this universal life energy, allowing it to flow through their hands and into the recipient’s energy field. There is no force or manipulation - only a quiet invitation for the body to return to its natural state of peace and vitality.
